Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• General and Preventative Maintenance oversight across facilities and equipment.
• Maintain records and ensure EAM system alignment with quality and EH&S standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and EH&S to align priorities with production goals.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Direct and mentor Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians; conduct annual program evaluations.
