Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general and preventative maintenance across its facilities. You will direct maintenance personnel, manage contractors, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong communication skills, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to read engineering schematics. Periodic travel and adherence to EH&S standards are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills across listening, written and verbal.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to read engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• Direct or lead Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians to plan and complete general and preventative maintenance on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee contractors and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Ensure records are maintained in quality system requirements and PM reports are up to date.
• Maintain 24-hour on-call status for troubleshooting and liaison with Corporate Engineering.
