Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting electrical or mechanical schematics.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of building systems to proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors to oversee repairs, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage life safety system compliance through testing and documentation of emergency protocols.
• Execute facility improvements including carpentry, plumbing, and equipment maintenance.
• Streamline workflows by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing service solutions.
• Oversee space reconfiguration projects and maintain records of facility assets and inventories.
• Assist with budget preparation, PO processing, and vendor billing reviews.
