Accelera is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee the reliability of a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will drive equipment uptime and lead a technical team to ensure our advanced machinery consistently meets rigorous quality standards.

Qualifications

8+ years in a manufacturing maintenance leadership role.
Experience troubleshooting CNC controls, servo drives, and complex mechanical/hydraulic systems.
Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments.
Proficient with CMMS for work orders and asset history.

Responsibilities

Direct maintenance activities for a large fleet of CNC equipment including multi-axis milling, turning centers, and EDM systems.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
Manage facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air) for optimal performance.
Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians, promoting safety and technical excellence.
Maintain compliance with quality management systems including calibration and traceability documentation.
Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external contractor relationships.
Drive continuous improvement using OEE metrics and data-driven root cause analysis to boost production efficiency.
