Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years related experience.
• 5+ years experience in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or related repairs.
• Ability to interpret instructions and work with safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and production support to meet VP expectations.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities for safety and efficiency.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee inspections, repairs, and equipment overhauls.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs across locations.
• Train and develop maintenance team on operation and safety.
• Monitor costs and equipment performance for improvements.
• Assist hands-on maintenance during high-demand periods.
