Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors the maintenance team; assigns daily tasks and guides work orders.
• Schedules internal and external maintenance work including vendor support.
• Performs skilled maintenance in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance program.
• Participates in on-call rotation and covers staffing gaps.
• Interprets manuals, diagrams, blueprints to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Maintains workspace and inventory in a functional state.
• Inspects building infrastructure and equipment for repairs or hazards.
• Operates building management systems and maintenance recordkeeping software.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, fire safety guidelines.
• Collaborates with contractors to complete complex repairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Complies with policies.
