• Manage a team of engineers and ensure site safety.

Skills

Technical expertise in HVAC maintenance & troubleshooting

Effective use of CMMS

Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Finance/Budget general knowledge

Ability to communicate well with varying levels of staff

Experience in Critical facilities and Higher Education environments

Education

Associate degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience

CMMS (Corrigo knowledge is a plus)
