Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years healthcare facility maintenance preferred.
• Experience in multiple maintenance disciplines including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital, nursing home, clinic, and other facilities in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Perform maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility problems and complete repairs within training and scope.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for wear.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate daily work with the Plant Engineering Director.
