Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline; 4+ years of significant engineering/operational experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures; problem solving in complex scope.
• Good judgment within defined procedures; strong collaboration with internal/external teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups in engineering.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain building drawings database including drawings, Turn Over packages, equipment manuals and specifications.
• Oversee design work of internal/external consultants and integrate financial with technical data.
• Represent engineering on corporate task forces and coordinate with vendors for plans and budgets.
• Manage office/lab space, building equipment (HVAC, boilers, chillers, generators) and safety programs.
• Provide off-hours support for emergencies and ensure compliance with HS&E policies.
