Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator Lead to organize production schedules and manufacturing activities in Conroe, TX.

You will coordinate priorities, monitor progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. As Lead, you will own the coordination process, identify issues early, mentor junior coordinators, and drive continuous improvement in throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably metal manufacturing/fabrication.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling and time management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules, priorities, and manufacturing activities to support on-time delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for production coordination and schedule-related issues.
• Monitor daily production progress and identify potential delays, constraints, or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Assign, track, and follow up on action items with deadlines.
• Maintain production schedules, records, trackers, and status reports.
• Provide regular production status updates and communicate risks and recovery plans.
