Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Lead Fabrication Follow-Up Engineer to coordinate engineering reviews and drive timely, compliant delivery of critical components. The role interfaces across engineering, supply chain, and management, providing technical guidance and ensuring documentation discipline.

The position reports to the Piping Engineering Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement at Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC, with a base salary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in engineering.
• Experience managing engineering teams and delivering on schedule.
• Strong ability to organize work and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review and approval of engineering documents/drawings through Engineering.
• Interface with internal engineers, supply chain, and management.
• Field high-level technical questions on design and fabrication topics.
• Lead crossfunctional workstreams and adjust priorities to meet programs.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve capability.
• Provide escalation support to APX engineering and leadership.
• Review supplier's technical proposals against project requirements.
• Lead supplier deviations and specification exceptions to resolution.
• Manage WPRO document workflows and reinforce document control discipline.
• Partner with Commercial and Delivery Stream Engineers for compliance and traceability.
