Job summary

Soho House in New York seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead service excellence, quality control and a consistent F&B experience under the General Manager. You will own daily/weekly/monthly delivery on projects, forecasting, hiring, training and inventory control to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven in high-volume environments.
• Experience with POS, OpenTable, Opera or similar hospitality tech.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of food/beverage trends and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with GM to ensure service excellence and budgets.
• Elevate member/guest experience and oversee F&B staff scheduling.
• Design and implement menus, purchasing, vendor relationships.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop F&B team.
• Monitor KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure allergy procedures and a clean safe environment.
