Soho House Group in New York seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead the beverage program and bar team, ensuring exceptional guest service, quality drinks, and budget adherence.

You will hire and train staff, manage inventory, develop events, and uphold safety and licensing standards while driving profits and guest satisfaction.

As a key member of the management team, you will drive operational excellence, mentor staff, and help shape the guest experience at our vibrant venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in supervising high-volume F&B operation.
• Proven leadership and guest service focus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MICROS POS and MS Office.
• Experience with P&L, scheduling, inventory, and staff development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing improvement of the beverage program and staff development.
• Manage beverage cost KPIs and profitability as per target metrics.
• Maintain quality control and ensure process compliance across the beverage team.
• Oversee front-of-house presence, guest interaction and staff coaching.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Ensure safety, payroll and performance/appraisal processes.
