Soho House in New York, NY is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead service, quality and the member/guest experience under the General Manager. You will drive daily operations, forecasting, and staff development to maximize revenue and efficiency while upholding Soho House standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality trends, and hands-on management of scheduling, training, and vendor relations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar capacity within hospitality.
• Detail oriented, process driven, capable of solving problems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with POS systems and hospitality tech (OpenTable, Opera).
• Proven leadership with ability to recruit, train and develop teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage service, quality control and consistency of F&B experience under GM guidance.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly delivery on projects, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop menus with internal stakeholders and optimize supplier relationships.
• Drive staff scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure allergy procedures, safety and compliance.
