Job summary

Soho House Miami Beach seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead service standards and deliver an exceptional F&B experience under the General Manager’s direction.

You will own daily, weekly and monthly delivery on special projects, optimize staff performance, forecast, interview and hire for critical areas, and manage inventory and vendor relationships to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven in high-volume environments.
• POS (or alternative), OpenTable, Opera or other hospitality tech experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of food & beverage trends and compliance regulations.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead service quality and guest experience in coordination with the General Manager.
• Develop menus, purchases, vendor relationships and cost controls.
• Recruiting, hiring, training and supervising F&B staff and scheduling.
• Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Foster open communication and teamwork while ensuring safety and allergy procedures.
• Provide weekly/daily recaps on service standards, staffing and revenue.
