Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Soho Beach House Miami. You will lead F&B operations, ensuring top-tier service, menus, and guest experiences under the General Manager’s direction.

Focus on leadership, P&L oversight, forecasting, hiring, inventory control, and vendor relations to optimize profitability and satisfaction. You will drive service standards, elevate member and guest experiences, and oversee training and scheduling of F&B staff while maintaining safety, allergen

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven and able to problem solve in high-volume environments.
• Experience with hospitality technologies (POS, OpenTable, Opera).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with the General Manager to ensure service, staffing and member/guest experience exceed expectations and budgets.
• Drive guest service excellence and communicate effectively with members, guests and staff.
• Collaborate on menu design, purchasing, vendor relationships and continual improvements.
• Identify customer needs and implement action plans to enhance experience and reduce risk.
• Support recruitment, training and development of F&B staff; manage scheduling.
• Set targets, KPIs, policies and procedures; ensure compliance and safety.
• Maintain open communication to foster teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee allergy procedures and a clean, safe work environment.
• Prepare weekly/daily recaps covering service, staffing, sales and profitability.
