Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant at Serrano Buffet in Highland, CA. Under supervision, you will lead FOH operations, train staff, manage POS, and ensure top-tier guest service while maintaining brand standards in a casino-resort setting.

The role includes coordinating with kitchen and other departments, handling cash and reports, and upholding alcohol service policies where applicable. A strong customer-service mindset and leadership presence are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead FOH attendants to ensure Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards and daily operations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly; escalate when needed.
Oversee side work, maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
Audit cash register transactions and complete shift reports; POS resets as required.
Train and communicate new material to team; support efficiency, productivity and guest satisfaction.
Assist with hosting duties, seating rotation, and bar set-up where applicable.
Perform other duties to support department operations.
