You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, create prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys, and help set design direction and usability standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of relevant experience, strong prototyping skills, knowledge of BRD processes, and comfort with agile teams.

Qualifications

Lead Experience Design for digital initiatives across web and mobile.
Collaborate between Product Owner/Manager and Development Staff.
Prototype effectively to validate ideas quickly.
Gather and analyze requirements; UX collaboration.
Experience in banking/investment/financial sectors (3+ years).
Apply Agile methodologies in delivery.
Design with AI to enhance user experiences.
