Job summary

SSi People is seeking an Experience Designer Lead to steer the creation of simplified, customer-focused experiences across digital channels. You will partner closely with product, development, and design stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, development-ready solutions and support timely decision-making.

The role requires extensive design leadership, strong Figma expertise, and experience designing native mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design-related experience.
• Expert-level Figma experience with 6+ years in use.
• Experience designing native mobile applications.
• Ability to align with leadership needs and expectations.
• Strong project management and self-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers and developers to create simplified user experiences and customer journeys across digital experiences.
• Attend weekly team reviews, understand requirements, and deliver design solutions within deadlines.
• Review experiences with design leadership after product approval and ensure alignment with legal, risk, and compliance feedback.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to leadership to support alignment and reduce rework.
