Job summary

Cintrifuse seeks a Creative and strategic UX Lead to shape web-based applications for business users and consumers. You will lead the design across a fintech platform, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and delightful interactions while collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C web apps, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
• Proven portfolio with user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and familiarity with design systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Proven ability to design for both B2B and B2C web applications, ideally in fintech or SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Experience with .NET / C# and Microsoft Azure
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions and advocate for the user
• Bonus: experience designing for complex workflows like payments, onboarding, or compliance
