Job summary

Optomi is seeking a senior UX designer in Dallas to lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery, collaborating with product, engineering and business stakeholders.

You will simplify complex workflows for enterprise SaaS products, conduct user research, create flows, wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to the design system to ensure scalable, user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience designing complex digital products.
  • Experience owning the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research through delivery.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or other complex digital applications.
  • Proven ability to simplify complicated workflows and improve usability.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, problem-solving, and measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Experience working within or contributing to a design system is highly preferred.
