Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Lead Experience Designer for Kyndryl Vital to own design workstreams end to end—from research and requirements definition through prototyping and delivery. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, data scientists and consultants to create cohesive experiences, dashboards, and enterprise applications, including AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Lead design workstreams from discovery through delivery on client engagements.
• Design for human/AI collaboration with agentic workflows and clear user control.
• Conduct and apply generative and evaluative research to inform design decisions.
• Facilitate co-creation through workshops with stakeholders.
• Deliver dashboards, enterprise web apps, and information visualizations.
