Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to own end-to-end design workstreams across AI-enabled enterprise projects. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to map journeys, build service blueprints, and deliver polished dashboards and interfaces.

You will drive human-centered design, ensure accessibility and ethical AI practices, and apply AI-powered tools to accelerate iteration while maintaining craft and judgment.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in experience design or a related field.
• Human-centered design mindset with a portfolio of enterprise, consulting, or innovation-studio work.
• Journey maps and service blueprints for complex, multi-actor systems including AI agents.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or agentic product experiences: human/AI interaction flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workstreams: own discovery through delivery on client engagements with journeys, service blueprints, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design for human/AI collaboration: define agentic workflows and interaction patterns for non-deterministic systems.
• Conduct and apply research: plan generative and evaluative studies and translate findings into design decisions.
• Facilitate co-creation: lead workshops aligning client stakeholders with engineers and data scientists.
• Deliver traditional experience work: design dashboards, enterprise apps, and information visualizations; create client presentations.
• Communicate and advocate: present design decisions with clear storytelling and rationale; align across the lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Champion responsible design: advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and ethical use of AI with transparent automated behavior.
• Use AI in your own practice: apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate iteration while preserving quality.
