Amazon Ads AI Infrastructure is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Vice President in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. This internal-facing role partners with the VP and leadership team to improve decision velocity, communication flow, and execution across the organization.

The Lead EA will manage the executive calendar across multiple time zones, coordinate cross-functional meetings, travel, and events, and drive process improvements to scale the EA community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience coordinating domestic/international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the VP's executive calendar with multi-time zone prioritization.
• Develop coordination across VP leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Plan and execute meetings, events, and team experiences.
• Coordinate complex travel and manage expense reports.
• Drive strategic deliverables and process improvements.
