Qualifications

• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences acceptable) with 5+ years in pharma consulting evidence synthesis.
• Minimum: Master's in epidemiology/biostatistics with 7+ years in pharma consulting evidence synthesis.
• Client management: 5+ years as client contact on projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects with Bayesian NMAs or ITCs.
• Experience leading meta-analysis and Bayesian statistics independently.
• Strong understanding of SLR concepts, guidelines, and rigor.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and regulatory submissions from start to final delivery.
• Direct project teams to ensure rigorous, timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Qualitatively and quantitatively synthesize data and mentor junior staff.
• Manage project operations, finances, and administrative requirements.
• Develop proposals, attend bid defenses, and manage contracting processes.
• Support senior staff on strategic initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate across time zones within a global team.
