Pride Group, LLC is seeking an Event Manager to lead complex events from contract to load-out. You will own client relationships, build the operating plan, and lead on-site teams across multiple events with real budgets and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing events with budget accountability, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an on-site Chandler, AZ role with field duties.

Qualifications

• Three or more years managing events, projects, or field operations with real budget responsibility.
• Direct client ownership experience and ability to read a job cost sheet and explain margin.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from contract to load-out and lead the plan.
• Run multiple events concurrently, managing timelines, staffing, logistics and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-department execution and ensure compliance with safety standards.
