Pride Group, LLC is seeking an Event Manager to lead complex events from contract to load-out. You will own client relationships, build the operating plan, and lead on-site teams across multiple events with real budgets and deadlines.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing events with budget accountability, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an on-site Chandler, AZ role with field duties.
Role title field: Event Manager | Festivals, Stadiums & Large-Scale Productions
Location: Chandler, AZ (On-site + field)
You've watched a venue fill up and seen something other people don't. Not the crowd. The load-in sequence, the power run, the gate plan, and the forty decisions nobody in the stands will ever know about.
Pride Group is hiring an Event Manager. If that opening line describes how your brain works, keep reading.
Who we are
We build the infrastructure behind the events people remember. Clearspan structures, power distribution, HVAC, fencing and crowd control, staging, sanitation, traffic control, and the staffing to run all of it. Our clients include professional sports organizations, federal and municipal agencies, universities, major festivals, and general contractors on projects that cannot afford to go sideways.
Our teams work in fast, high-consequence environments. The culture is accountability, work ethic, development, and doing it right when nobody's watching. That's not a poster in the breakroom. It's the reason clients call us back.
The role
Our Event Managers take an event from contract to load-out. You own the client relationship, you build the plan, you lead the team, and you make the calls when the plan meets reality. You'll run several events at once, at different stages, with real money on each one.
What you'll own
What we need
What makes a candidate stand out
Field experience with tenting, temporary power, staging, or site infrastructure. Municipal or venue permitting experience. Time spent in stadium, festival, or large-venue operations. Bilingual English/Spanish. Any background where you were responsible for people's safety.
Be honest with yourself before you apply
This isn't the job for you if you want a predictable calendar, if you'd rather escape a problem than solve it at 11 p.m. in a parking lot, or if you've only run events inside a building with a banquet manager handling the setup.
It is the job for you if you've ever been handed a site that wasn't ready, a schedule that had already slipped, and a client who needed a yes, and you found a way.
Compensation and benefits
Pride Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. Reasonable accommodations are available for the application process and the role.
