Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry; PM experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; client relationship focus.
• MS Office experience required; travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead event project management from design to close, ensuring scope and timeline adherence.
• Prepare schedules, resources, and documentation; communicate with clients and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure outstanding service for retention.
• Oversee on-site execution, inventory, and run-of-show management.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and post-event invoicing.
