actionable execution blueprints, managing cross-functional team workflows, complex vendor footprints,

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Partner and Contract Management * Source, negotiate with, and manage critical third-party suppliers (including venues, AV production, fabrication, and entertainment). * Draft clear service-level expectations, hold vendors accountable to project milestones, cultivate strong partner and sponsor relationships, and ensure all contract terms are strictly met.
  • Financial Oversight * Manage assigned event budgets, accurately forecast costs, monitor revenue/cost targets, and ensure complete post-event financial reconciliation.
  • Risk Mitigation and On-Site Leadership * Anticipate operational and logistical risks well ahead of time. * Create comprehensive contingency strategies and confidently lead on-site teams through unexpected, live-event challenges.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
