Job summary

ERM CVS seeks a Lead ESG Certification & Verification Assessor to deliver accredited certification, verification, and assurance services across North America. This remote role offers extensive client engagement and exposure across sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and Data Centers.

Travel is expected to be 50%–75%, primarily within the United States. The role emphasizes independent assurance, improving management systems, and advancing ESG initiatives for

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification in EHS, quality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience implementing, operating, assessing, or auditing management systems.
• Experience evaluating performance against EHS, quality, and operational objectives.
• Sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Centers, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead certification, verification, and assurance assessments across diverse industries.
• Plan, conduct, and manage audits with interviews and evidence review.
• Deliver clear assessment reports and recommendations.
• Maintain technical expertise across standards and industry best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of ERM CVS methodologies.
• Share knowledge and build client relationships across the globe.
• Identify opportunities to support client needs and contribute to business development.
• Coach colleagues in audit delivery and interpretation of standards.
• Represent ERM CVS with integrity and client service.
