Job summary

ERM CVS seeks a Lead ESG Certification & Verification Assessor to deliver accredited certification, verification, and assurance services across North America. This remote role offers extensive client engagement and exposure to Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Centers, and Manufacturing sectors.

Travel is expected at 50% to 75%, primarily within the United States, with occasional international assignments. You will lead assessments, drive improvements, and help clients strengthen ESG performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in management systems auditing/assessment.
• Experience evaluating performance against EHS, quality, and management system objectives.
• Sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Centers, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals or related industries.
• Knowledge of multiple ISO management system standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead certification, verification, and assurance assessments per ERM CVS procedures.
• Plan, conduct, and manage audits including interviews, evidence review and reporting.
• Deliver clear, timely assessment reports and recommendations.
• Maintain expertise across standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of ERM CVS methodologies and knowledge sharing.
