Job summary

ERM CVS is seeking a Lead ESG Certification & Verification Assessor to deliver accredited certification, verification, and assurance services across North America. This remote, work-from-home role requires extensive client engagement and international exposure across Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, and Data Centers.

Travel is expected to be approximately 50% to 75%, primarily within the United States, with occasional international assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience implementing, operating, assessing, or auditing management systems.
• Experience evaluating organizational performance against EHS, quality, or management system objectives.
• Demonstrated sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Centers, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead certification, verification, and assurance assessments per ERM CVS procedures.
• Plan, conduct, and manage audits including site activities, interviews, evidence review, and reporting.
• Deliver clear, accurate assessment reports and recommendations.
• Maintain technical expertise across applicable standards and industry best practices.
• Share knowledge and support business development with ERM CVS leadership.
