Job summary

ERM CVS is seeking a Lead ESG Certification & Verification Assessor to deliver accredited certification, verification, and assurance services across North America. This remote, work-from-home role offers significant client engagement and international exposure across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals.

You will travel 50% to 75% across the US and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience involving auditing or management systems.
• Experience evaluating EHS, quality, operational, or management system objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead certification, verification, and assurance assessments in line with ERM CVS procedures.
• Plan, conduct, manage audits including interviews, evidence review, reporting, and conclusions.
• Deliver clear assessment reports, build client relationships, and support continuous improvement.
