Qualifications

8+ years in business analysis, product analysis, or related investment tech roles.
Partner with product owners, engineers, data teams, QA, and tech leadership.
Strong Agile delivery experience: Scrum or Kanban, backlog mgmt and user stories.
Explain investment, data, AI, and tech concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; SQL and data analysis a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, requirements elicitation, and solution definition for equity tech initiatives.
Translate workflows into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rules.
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and release readiness.
Align priorities with business value, risk, and strategic Investments Technology goals.
Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities; support responsible adoption.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to better BA, Agile, and product practices.
