Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an Investment AI Solutions Analyst to sit at the frontier of AI-powered investing, building agentic systems that augment research, portfolio construction, risk analytics, and client engagement.

You will work with analysts, engineers, and portfolio managers to deploy AI insights that scale across the firm. The role requires deep investment knowledge and strong technical expertise in AI system design, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent coordination, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or related).
• Expert-level programming in Python or R and applying to AI systems.
• Strong prompt engineering and ability to translate workflows into tasks.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data modeling is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to support deployments globally.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, analysts, PMs, and investment leadership.
• Architect agentic AI systems integrating LLMs, models, pipelines, and real-time reasoning.
• Deploy AI agents and ensure guardrails, compliance checks, and observability.
• Collaborate with researchers and investors to identify AI-enabled opportunities.
