Qualifications
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or investment technology.
- Experience partnering with product owners, engineers, data teams, QA and technology leadership.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
- Ability to lead complex requirements discussions and align stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead business analyst for Investments Technology initiatives in Equity workflows.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with AI, data, engineering and product teams on responsible AI use cases.
- Identify gaps, data quality issues and opportunities for simplification and reuse.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote stronger analysis and product ownership practices.
