T. Rowe Price in the United States is seeking a lead business analyst within Investments Technology to translate complex investment needs into clear requirements and scalable tech solutions for equity research, portfolio management, trading, and analytics.

You will partner with equity stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and data teams, drive Agile practices, and explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve insight generation and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business analysis and investment technology.
Experience partnering with product owners, engineers, data teams.
Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum or Kanban).
Ability to translate complex investment needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead business analyst for Investments Technology initiatives.
Translate objectives into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release readiness.
Collaborate with AI, data, engineering, and product teams on use cases.
Mentor junior analysts and promote Agile practices.
