T. Rowe Price is seeking a Lead Business Analyst within Investments Technology to partner with Equity research and portfolio teams.

You will translate complex investment needs into clear requirements, user stories, and scalable technology solutions in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, data teams, and AI partners to drive responsible AI adoption, improve workflows, and deliver business outcomes with a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product analysis, investment technology, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with product owners, engineers, data teams and leadership.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery practices including backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead business analyst for Investments Technology initiatives for Equity teams.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, planning, UAT, and release readiness.
