Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Extensive repair and maintenance experience on self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Planning and management experience.
• Computer literacy and reporting experience.
• Inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment and organize yard activity.
• Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs.
• Order parts to maintain adequate supplies and inventory.
• Train and assist staff mechanics and collaborate with vendors.
• Document equipment status before and after rental and maintain service records.
• Create, update, close and bill work orders; handle warranty claims.
• Promote safety awareness and perform quality control checks.
• Generate various reports on fleet status, service records, and finances.
