Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Service Manager to lead repair and maintenance operations for our equipment fleet, including yard organization and service scheduling. The role emphasizes developing a strong team, ensuring safety, and delivering reliable service across customer sites.

You will manage parts inventory, train staff mechanics, collaborate with vendors, and maintain comprehensive equipment service records to support a high-performing service department.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license.
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Planning and management experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Reporting experience.
• Inventory management experience.

Mansioni

• Manages the repair and maintenance of company owned and customer equipment.
• Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs.
• Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies.
• Provides training and assistance to staff mechanics.
