You'll train staff, coordinate parts and vendor relationships, review equipment status, and drive safety while maintaining service records. A proactive supervisor with planning, scheduling, and reporting skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Extensive repair and maintenance experience on self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of equipment safety requirements and capabilities.
• Proven planning and management experience; computer literacy essential.
• Experience with reporting and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair/maintenance of company and customer equipment, and organize yard operations.
• Prepare work schedules and handle service requests to ensure equipment availability.
• Order parts to maintain stock and train staff mechanics.
• Collaborate with vendors and assess equipment specifications and safety.
• Document equipment status and manage service records and warranties.
