Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience operating heavy equipment used in roadway repair/maintenance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class B commercial driver’s license; state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate jetvac trucks and sewer video trucks to unclog pipes and clear debris.
• Drive and maneuver equipment; perform light maintenance and fuel as needed.
• Lead or supervise crew on specific project assignments and ensure safety.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for safe operation before shifts; secure vehicles after use.
• Prepare, complete, or review forms and documentation such as work orders and maintenance reports.
• Respond to emergency calls during inclement weather or other emergencies and coordinate with supervisor.
