Job summary

Daniel Defense LLC is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance 2 technician to support a 7am-7:30pm shift on Thu/Fri/Sat in Black Creek, GA. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, service CNC equipment, and lead maintenance tasks to ensure peak production.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and adherence to safety and 6S practices. EOE and drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in manufacturing/mill maintenance.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge; pumps, motors, spindles experience.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training and safety compliance.
• Proficient with CNC, servo motors, and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on CNC production equipment.
• Maintain and repair production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Plan repair procedures and fabricate parts as needed.
• Record maintenance schedules and track equipment performance.
