Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years CNC experience or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to pass basic skills assessment in Mathematics, Metrology, Blueprint Reading, and Operator Work Instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery (mill, lathe, gun drill, etc.) at an acceptable production level.
• Load and unload raw materials safely in accordance with instructions.
• Inspect parts for quality using micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision tools.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and proper housekeeping.
• Record production quantities and times accurately in designated systems.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in toolbox meetings.
