Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training; journeyman certification preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA 79 and industrial safety practices.
• Experience mentoring and leading a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations across facilities and production equipment.
• Mentor and coach maintenance staff; escalate issues to management.
• Assist with budget planning and monitor expenditures.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain safety procedures and incident records.
