Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility and production equipment maintenance in coordination with Maintenance Manager.
• Mentor, train, and coach maintenance staff; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with budgeting, cost planning, and project budgeting.
• Perform skilled maintenance on electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and PLCs.
• Install, teardown, and relocate equipment; maintain forklifts and lifts.
• Maintain work orders and ensure on-time safety compliance and documentation.
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery.
