Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to shape and lead our enterprise workforce planning strategy across People Operations.

You will own forecasting models, headcount planning, and scenario analysis, partnering with FP&A, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align workforce decisions with cost and capacity across the company. You will build scalable processes, drive data infrastructure, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations while influencing

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Experience forecasting headcount, capacity, and scenarios.
• Ability to turn data into executive-ready narratives.
• Experience fixing broken/manual processes and building scalable systems.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling and data tooling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead enterprise workforce planning capability.
• Partner with FP&A to connect workforce decisions to cost and capacity.
• Redesign cross-functional planning processes for scalability.
• Own data infra, dashboards, and self-serve reporting.
• Brief senior leaders with data-driven workforce strategy.
