Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Strategy & Analytics to build and lead our enterprise workforce planning discipline within People Operations. This leadership role shapes how we forecast, plan, and organize our workforce company-wide.

You’ll join the People Infrastructure team to integrate workforce data into financial forecasting, headcount planning, and global strategy. You’ll own models, frameworks, and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, analytics, or strategy experience with workforce planning exposure.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SQL and BI tools preferred.
• Proven ability to build forecasting, headcount, and scenario models from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise workforce planning strategy and analytics within People Operations.
• Partner with FP&A, HR leadership, and business teams to forecast workforce needs and cost.
• Redesign planning processes to be scalable and data-driven across the company.
• Own data infrastructure, pipelines, and dashboards for self-serve visibility.
• Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority to adopt new models and frameworks.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and recommendations translating data into strategy.
