Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analyst to lead complex workforce planning initiatives, translating requirements into actionable BI solutions and analytics aligned with enterprise goals. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to validate plans and improve forecasting accuracy for operational planning.

You will oversee project execution, manage resources and milestones, and drive talent development, including succession planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, CS, Mathematics with 5+ years data management/analytics experience or 7+ years in data analysis.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Extensive experience in workforce planning and human capital management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with measurable outcomes.
Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and BI to drive strategic workforce solutions.
Experience developing and implementing workforce evaluation analytics and improvement strategies.
Skills in talent strategy, workforce development, and succession planning.
Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
