Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex, high-stakes engagements for our enterprise customers. • 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize implementation strategies for varying customer needs and scalable deployments.
• Lead high-touch, enterprise implementations with complex integrations and executive alignment.
• Manage executive governance and steering committees to ensure risk mitigation and milestones.
• Drive adoption of Invoca’s Agentic AI workflows within customer ecosystems.
